Wf�REAS, the Conmon Council of the City o£ Oshkosh has appmved the
Redevelo�nt Plan for the Oshkosh Centre Redevelopment Project No. 1; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Carmussion has certified the pn�ject to the
Commn Council as prescribed in Wisconsin Statutes, Section 66.43(5)(d); and
WI�RFIIS, Chapter 32 of the Wisconsin Statutes requires tl�at families,
individuals and businesses ihat are displaced by a public project are entitled
to relocation payirents for moving and related expenses; and
WI�RE',AS, Douglas W. Buettner, d/b/a/ Oshkosh Real Estate, is a displaced
business under the provision of Chapter 32 of the Wisco*�sin Statutes; and
6�REA5, Resolution No. 20 of August 5, 1982 authorized iroving expenses
not to exceed $2,500 for property aaned by Douglas W. Buettner and known as
Parcel #17, 101 Ceape Avenue; and
Wf�1S, said moving expenses, because actual bids were higher than
estimates, have increased by $1,198;
BE IT RESOLVID that the proper City o£ficials are hereby authorized
and disected to amend Resolution No. 20 0£ August 5, 1982 to authorize an
amount not to exceed $3,698 for moving expenses on Parce2 #17 and to make
appropriate payments to Douglas W. Buettner upon receipt of pmper wuchers.
Nbney for this purpose is hereby appropriated from Account No. 331-104, Oshkosh
Daantown RedeveloFxnent fund.
