APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH OSHKOSH COMMERCIAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
CITY ADMINISTRATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Coffinon Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
the attached agreement with Oshkosh Commercial Development Corporation
(OCDC) to provide funding in an amount not to exceed $25,000 for the period
of .)une l, 1984 to Sune 1, 1985.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that monies for the stated purpose are hereby
appropriated from Account No. 321-816, Community Development Block Grant -
OCDC Contractual Services.

AGREEMGNT
Tt�e Oshkosh Ca�rnercial Developnent Corporation, herein referred to as OCDC, and the
City of Oshkosh, herein referred to the City, agree as follows:
1. The City shall:
A. Provide funding of $25,000 to OCDC for the parpose of personnel expenses for
the 12-mon[h period between June 1, 1984 and .Iune 1, 1985.
ll Funding for the period Jwe 1, 1984 to Jane 1, 1985 sha11 be paid wi[h
the 1984-1985 allocation of Canminity Development 81ock Grant funds.
Should said Conn�unity Develo�anent Block grant funds not be received by
the City of Oshkosh, this contract shall be nu11 and void.
2) Funds to be released monthly, in advance upon receipt of proper invoice.
B. Provide personnel to administer the Cam�ercial Rehabilitation Program.
C. Provide a general consulting service to OCDC as it is capable of doing so.
2. OCDC shall:
A. Promo[e the Ostdeosh Crnmercial Rehabili[ation Program and acC as a review
board to encourage coordinated rehabilitation of existing crnmercial
buildings in the Central Business District.
B. Promote and encourage beautification of the Central Business District.
C. Review the City's plans for improvc�nents to the Cen[ral Business District
and to enlist private sector support for the plans which conipl��ent the
objectives of OCDC.
D. Actively promote the Central Business District to new and expanding businesses.
E. Provide [he City wi[h copies of the annual audited financial statemen[s.
3. 1he OCOC has contracted with OANC to provide ad�cinistrative services in order
tc acconiplish [he above (see addendwr A).
