APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH OSHKOSH HOUSING AUTHORITY
FOR RENOVATION OF THE COI�ASERCIAL AREA OF THE
MAINVIEW BUILDING
CITY ADMINISTRATION
BE ZT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to enter into on
behalf of the City of Oshkosh the attached agreement with the City of Oshkosh to
loan the Oshkosh Housing Authority $38,000.00 for renovation of the commercial
area of the Mainview Building.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this money is hereby appropriated from
Acct. No. 310-550, General Fund Equity, to be repaid from the rents derived
from the commercial area of the Mainview Building,

AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF OSHKOSH
AND THE OSHKOSH HOUSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Oshkosh Housing Authority has requested a loan of funds from
the City of Oshkosh in an amount of Thirty-eight Thousand Doilars ($38,000.00) to
complete renovation of the commercial area of the Mainview Building located at 530
N. Main Street, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and
WHEREAS, the City of Oshkosh has this money available in its Account No. 310-
550, General Fund Equity, and is willing to lend it to the Oshkosh Housing Authority
pursuant to its request,
NOW, THEREFOkE, in consideration oi tiie mutual covenants contained herein,
both parties ag�ee as follows:
l. The City of Oshkosh will lend to the Oshkosh Housing Authority the amoun[
of Thirty-eight Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($38,000 00) from its General Fund Equity
account, said funds to be used to complete renovation work in the commercial area of
the Plainview Building, which indebtedness shall be evidenced by a Note of the Oshkosh
Housing Authority in even date herewith,
2. The Oshkosh Housing Authority will advance all rents derived from the
commercial area of the Mainview Building to the City of Oshkosh until the loan amoun[
is repaid,
IN UITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and seals this
day of May, 1984.
