RESOLUTION # 15 Sheet lA FOR THF FOLLOWIAIG PROJECT: Project is located in the State of Wisconsin, Winnebago County, City of Oshkosh and is situated within the Commercial Rehabilitation Yioject Area 1984. The Owner and the Landscape Architect agree as ;;et forth below: Scope of the work is to include the Schematic Design Phase for the development of an overall design scheme for thz project area. The design study will encompass interqrating street signs and street furniture with an attractive landscape plan for the Downtown Area. Soecial e^�phasis is to be directed toward uniquely developing areas and the Down- town Riveriront. The intent is to establish linkages, create interesting passages, reinforce entryways and bridge approaches. Within the overall design plan special project areas are to be identified. The character of the improvements contemplated is to be illustrated. The order of magnitude of the costs of constructica of high priority improvements is to be d�termined. Work o£ t};e project is to be documented in report form. The owner will be provided with preliminary copies for review. Revisions will be enacted and camera ready copy will be provided for the owners printing production of the report. After initiation of the work of the project and the development of a preliminary cverall plan, a meetinq for the purposes of review will be conducted with the dowr,town bzautification sUbcorunittea of the Oshkosh Commercial Development Corporation.
