The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 30-3 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaininq to zoning definitions is hereby amended as follows: Delete: Section 30-3(15) A�d.: Section 30-3(15) Delete: Section 30-3(16) Add: Section 30-3(16) Delete: Section 30-3(17) Dwellina A building or portion thereof designed or used exclusively for residential occupancy, but not including home trailers, mobile homes, hotels, motels, boarding and lodging houses, tourist courts or tourist homes. Dwellina A structure or portion thereof which is used exclusively for human habitation, but not including home trailers, mobile homes, hotels, motels, boarding and lodging houses, tourist courts or tourist homes. Dwelling, Single-Familv A building designed for and occupied exclusively by one (1) family. Dwelling. Single-Familv A structure on a single lot containing one dwelling unit and surrounded by open space or yards, and which is not attached to any other dwelling by any means.
