BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that a
Special Use Permit, as requested by Dean Koechell is hereby granted; said
Permit allowing new and used automobile sales and service establishment
under Section 30-18(B) of the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance, and described as
follows:
