PURPOSE: APPROVAL OF SPECIAL EVENT / EXPANSION THEORY
PRODUCTIONS UTILIZE PEABODY’S ALE HOUSE PARKING
LOT FOR THEIR OSHKOSH MAIN STREET MUSIC FESTIVAL
MAIN STAGE & OPERA HOUSE SQUARE / JULY 31 & AUGUST
1, 2015
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that approval is granted to Expansion Theory Productions (Benjamin Vosters) to
utilize the Peabody’s Ale House Parking Lot and Opera House Square on Friday, July 31,
2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Saturday, August 1, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00
p.m., for their Oshkosh Main Street Music Festival Main Stage Event in accordance with
the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer
shall pay the City’s actual costs for extraordinary services.
