BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that money for this purpose is hereby appropriated from: Account No. 919-191 - Sewer Utility Construction in Progress. Please have both copies executed on the part of the City by an authorized official and attested by the City Clerk. Both copies should be returned, together with a certified copy of the resolution authorizing the signing. Upon execution the Railroad will return one copy to you. There is a$100.00 preparation fee for this license, plus annual rental of $10.00 billed on a five year basis, for the period September 28, 1984 to September 28, 1989.
