PURPOSE: REFUND IMPROPERLY ASSESSED 1984 REAL ESTATE AND
PERSONAL PROPERTIES
INITIATED BY: DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE
WHEREAS, the following personal property and real estate accounts were
assessed improperly in 1984, and refund is due the City of Oshkosh:
Bill No. 615 Min M Hur, 14 W. Irving Ave. $105.86 (Personal)
Bill No. 931 Nesbitt Inc, 219 Washington Ave. 81.51 "
Bill No. 1517 Wis Petroleum Equip, 544 W. 17th Ave. 21.17 "
Bill No.17097 Ran Lie Inc, Omro Rd 741.02 (Real Estate)
$ 949.56
WHEREAS, the following personal property and real estate accounts were
assessed improperly in 1984, and refund is due the taxpayer:
Bill No. 666 Dr. Bashar Kayali MD, 1951 Bowen $2,515.24 (Personal)
Bill No. 12974 Susan Faye Beahm, 1919 Hubbard 137.62 (Real Estate)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh
that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to refund the
following:
City of Oshkosh (Bills I1615,931,1517,17097) $ 949.56
Dr. Bashar Kayali (Bill No. 666) 2,515.24
Susan Faye Beahm (Bill No. 12974) 137.62
Money for this purpose is hereby appropriated from Account No. 088-690, Tax Refund
Account.
