HomeMy WebLinkAbout33198 / 85-08FEBRUARY 21 1985 (CARRIED LOST LAID OVER # g RESOLUTION WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT KNOWN AS RIVER MILL SUBDIVISION INITIATED BY: TERRY EISCH PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: APPROVED 8-0 WITH CONDITIONS BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the Preliminary Plat known as River Mill Subdivision, described below, is hereby approved: Being a part of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, & 16 of Block 105 per Leach's Map of 1894; Lot 1 in Sawyer's Subd, of the east part of Lot 7, Block 105; Lots 5& 6 in Sawyer and Paine's Replat; Lots 9& 10 in Paine & Sawyer's Assessor's Plat; Lots 4, 5, & 7 of Block 124 Replat of Winnebago; 12th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the Preliminary Plat for River Mill Subdivision is contingent upon the following: 1 2. Correction of property ownership relative to land owned by the railroad. Procurement of easements necessary to construct railroad grade crossings. 3. Clarification of landscaping on outlots abutting railroad right-of-way and platting of landscape easements along railroad tracks where the railroad tracks abut platted lots. A landscaping plan shall be submitted by the developer prior to, or at the time a final plat is submitted. The plan shall delineate all outlots and landscape easements abutting the railroad tracks. In addition, the plan shall detail the types of landscaping, the entity with responsi- bility for installation and maintenance of landscaping, and a timetable for completion of landscaping improvements specified in the plan. The landscaping improvements shall coincide with the installation of public improvements designated in the plat. - lo - . FEBURARY 21 1985 # 8 RESOLUTION (Contined) 4. Rezoning of the area to be subdivided shall be facilitated prior to the filing of a final plat. 5. The developer shall comply with the provisions of the City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance relative to payment of park fees. Payment in full at the rate of $100.00 per lot must be received by the City prior to approval of the final plat. In addition, a covenant stipulating the requirements for payments of $100.00 per unit must be placed on the final plat. 6. The subdivider must comply with the provisions of the City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance relative to the financing of public improvements. 7. The developer will pay 100� of the cost of relocating existing storm sewer presently located within the area to be subdivided.
