PURPOSE: APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT KNOWN AS FIRST ADDITION
TO FLORA KUHN KRUEGER
INITIATED BY: ELVA IDA HINTZ AND SHIRLEY MAE JUEDES
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: APPROVED 8-0 WITH CONDITIONS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
Final Plat known as First Addition to Flora Kuhn Krueger, described below,
is hereby approved:
A part of Lot 16, and a part of Lot 17 in the Subdivision of the
Southeast Quarter (SEi/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section
Twenty-s2ven (27), Tnwnship Eighteen (18) North, Range Sixteen
(16) East, per Leach's Map of 1894, in the Thirteenth (13th)
Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, containing 5.897
Acres of land and being described by: Comrnencing at the Southeast
corner of said Section 27; thence N. 00°-QO'-10" E 648.62 feet,
along the'East line of the SE1/4 oi said Section 27, to its intersec-
tion with the extended North line �f West 19th Avenue; thence N.
88°-47'-23" W 1037.84 feet, along the hlorthiine of W. 19th Av�nue
to the Southwest corner of Lot 12 in Assessor's Plat No: 11, 13th
Ward, City of Oshkosh, to the true point of beginning; thence contir.uing
N. 88°-47'-23" W 171.35 feet, along the North line of W. 19th Avenue,
to a point on the Westerly line of W. 14th Avenue; thence Southeasteriy
along the Westerly line of W. 19th Avenue along the arc of a curve
to the left, having a radius of 90.65 feet and a chord of which
bears S. 20°-2h'-26.5" E. 5.86 feet te th� Plortheas± corner of
Lot 16, in the Kinney Plat; thence S. 67°-44'-23" W 90.65 feet,
along the Northerly line of said Lot 16, to the Northwest corner

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the Final Plat to the First
Addition to Flora Kuhn Krueger is contingent upon the following:
1. City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance, Section 30-37(C)(6)
relative to payment in lieu of park land dedication. In
addition, a covenant stipulating the requirements for
payments of $100.00 per unit must be placed on the final plat.
2. City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance, Section 30-42
relative to required improvements to subdivisions.
3. Maintenance of Outlot 1 shall be shared equally by the
owners of Lots 20 and 21 until such time as Outlot 1 is
platted or dedicated as public right-of-way. Maintenance
responsibilities shall be recorded as a restrictive
covenant when Lots 20 and 21 are sold. Prior to sale, the
developer shall bear the responsibility for maintaining
Outlot 1. Said maintenance shall include, but not be
limited to, weed cutting, grass cutting, etc.
