City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance, Section 30-37(C)(6) relative to payment in lieu of park land dedication. In addition, a covenant stipulating the requirements for payments of $100.00 per unit must be placed on the final plat. 2. City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance, Section 30-42 relative to required improvements to subdivisions. 3. Maintenance of Outlot 1 shall be shared equally by the owners of Lots 20 and 21 until such time as Outlot 1 is platted or dedicated as public right-of-way. Maintenance responsibilities shall be recorded as a restrictive covenant when Lots 20 and 21 are sold. Prior to sale, the developer shall bear the responsibility for maintaining Outlot 1.
