PURPOSE: BID FOR PUBLIC WORRS CONTRACT #85-01
INITIATED BY: DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORRS
WHEREAS, the City of Oshkosh has heretofore advertised for
bids for Public Works Contract #85-01 for the City of Oshkosh Public
Works Department for sewer interceptor; and
WHEREAS, upon the opening and tabulation of bids, it appears
that the following is the most advantageous bid:
CENTENNIAL CONTRACTORS CORP.
70 W. Cty. Rd. C
Little Canada, MN 55117
Total Bid: 52,215,195.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of �he
City of Oshkosh, pending approval of Wisconsin Fund Grant, that the
said bid is hereby accepted and the proper City officials are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into appropriate agreement
for the purpose of same, all according to plans, specifications,
and bid on file. idoney for this purpose is hereby appropriated
from:
Account No. 349-145 - Sanitary sewer, Construction in Progress
