INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the �schedule of Special Assessments for street inprovements charged against benefited property shall be as follows: 1. 2. 3 4. Portland cement concrete pave- ment, and asphaltic concrete pavement with concrete curb and gutter for pavements 36 feet wide or greater: Asphaltic concrete resurfacing on streets with existing con- crete curb and gutter based on a 36 ft. or greater width of resurfacing and a one-pass resurfacing operation: 521.20 per lineal foot on each side of the street, less any assessment previ�usiy paid fc� grading and graveling, broken down as follows: 56.80 for curb costs and 514.40 for port- land cement concrete pavement. 56.60 per lineal foot on each side of the street, broken down as follows: 52.20 for curb & gutter repair and 54.40 for street resurfacing. Asphaltic concrete resurfacing 514.20 per lineal ft. on each with new concrete curb & gutter side of the street for concrete based on a 36 ft. or greater and gutter broken down as follows: width: 57.48 for curb and gutter and 56.72 for street resurfacing. Grading and graveling: 56.00 per lineal foot on each side of the street. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there are the following exceptions: 5. For any corner lots, the assessment rate shall be 50� of the long side as platted, up to a maximum cieduction of 75 lineal feet, plus 1000 of tne shore side of the lot as platted. 6. For any lot 200 feet or less in depth abutting on t�ac s�reets, the assessment rate shall be reduced 50o at the reat lot line. 7. For streets with portland cement concrete or asphaltic concrete pavement, when the width of the pavement is less than 36 feet, the pavement portion of the assessment rate shall be reduced pro- portionately to account for the lesser width of the pavement. 8. For asphaltic concrete resurfacing on streets with e�cisting � March 21, 1985 #17 Cont'd. concrete curb and gutter, when the width of the pavement is less than 36 feet, the assessment rate shall be reduced proportionately to account for the lesser width of the pavement. 9. For asphaltic concrete resurfacing with new concrete curb and gutter, when the pavement is less than 36 feet, the resurfacing portion of the assessment rate shall be reduced proportionately to account for the lesser width of the pavement. 10. The assessable footage for cul-de-sac lots shall be calcu- lated along the 25 foot setback line of each lot, the rates per lineal foot being the same as in No. 1 thru 5 above.
