Being 545,067_OS square feet (12.51 acres) in area. - 5 - APRIL 4 1985 # 5 RESOLUTION (continued) BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the Preliminary Plat for 9th Addition to North Point Plat is contingent upon the following: 1. The situation relative to the road right-of-way width must be resolved prior to final plat approval. 2_. The symbol for the corporate limits be shown and described on the legend. 3. The developer shall comply with�the provisions of the City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance relative to payment of park fees. Payment in fu11 ar rhe rate of $L00.00 per lot must be received by the City prior to approval of the final plat. In addition, a covenant stipulating the requirements for payments of $100_00 per unit must be placed on the final plat. 4. That the final plat meet all requirements of Section 30-40 Final P1at of the City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance. 5.
