BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
Preliminary Plat known as 9th Addition to North Point Plat, described below,
is hereby approved:
Part of the SE1/4 of the SW1/4 and part of Government Lots 3,
4 and 5, Section 7, T18N, R17E, 15th Ward, City of Oshkosh,
Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 7, being a
Berntsen Aluminum Monument; thence east, 2155_50' along the south
line of the southwest 1/4 of said Section 7 to its intersection
with the extended east line of the Seventh Addition to North Point
Plat and the point of beginning: thence continuing east, 308.69'
along the south line of the southwest 1/4 of said Section 7 to the
west line of the Doemel Plat; thence N 2°-15'-00"W, 282.00' along
the west line of the Doemel Plat to the southeast corner of lands
recorded in Volume 515, Page 380, Deed 4k117322 owned by Herbert
Doemel; thence S 87°-45'-00"W, 100.00' along the south line of
lands owned by Herbert- Doemel; thence N2°-15'-00"W, 150_00' along
the west line of lands owned by Herbert Doemel; thence N 87°-45'-00"
E, 100.00' along the north line of lands owned by Her6ert Doemel to
the west line of said Doemel Plat; thence N 2°-15'-00"W, 465.64'
along the west line of said Doemel Plat to the point of curvature
of a curve to the right having a central angle of 76°-12'-01" and
a radius of 262.92'; thence northeasterly 349.67' aLong the arc
of the curve the long chord of which bears N 35°-51'-00.5"E, 324.46'
to the point of tangency; thence N 73°-57'-Ol"E, 186_39' along the
line of said Doemel Plat to the northwesterly corner of Lot 2;
thence N 16°-02'-59"W, 30.00'; thence N 73°-57'-01"E, 330.00';

Eighth Addition to North Point Plat and the centerline of Hickory

the Eighth Gddition to North Poir.t P1at and the Se��enth Addition
to North Point Plat; thence S 45°-00'-00"E, 40.95'; thence south
180.00' to the point of beginning. Being 545,067_OS square feet
(12.51 acres) in area.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the Preliminary Plat for
9th Addition to North Point Plat is contingent upon the following:
1. The situation relative to the road right-of-way width
must be resolved prior to final plat approval.
2_. The symbol for the corporate limits be shown and
described on the legend.
3. The developer shall comply with�the provisions of
the City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance relative to
payment of park fees. Payment in fu11 ar rhe rate of
$L00.00 per lot must be received by the City prior
to approval of the final plat. In addition, a covenant
stipulating the requirements for payments of $100_00
per unit must be placed on the final plat.
4. That the final plat meet all requirements of Section 30-40
Final P1at of the City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance.
5. City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance, Section 30-42 rela-
tive to required improvements to Subdivisions.
