ORDINANCE
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-2(B) OF THE
OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 30-2(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by changing
the district character of the following described area:
PARCEL A: Rezone fcom M-3 Heavy Industrial District to R-1D Single Family Residence
That part of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 16 of Block 105, per Leach's
Map of 1894; all in the 12th Ward, City of Oshkosh, described as follows,
viz: Commencing at the northwest corner of Section 14; ther.ce S00°-10'-
23" E 100.00 feet, to the true point of beginning; thence N89°-20'-40" E
100.00 feet, to the northwest corner of Lot 23 in said Paine and Sawyer's
Assessor's Plat; thence S00°-02'-11" E 38.50 feet, along the west line
of Lat 23 in said Paine and Sawyer's Assessor's Plat to the southwest
corner of Lot 23 in said Paine and Sawyer's Assessor's Plat; thence
S89°-30'-28" E 229.01 feet, along the south line of Lot 23 in said Paine
and Sawyer's Assessor's P1at to the northwesterly (most westeily) corner
of Lot 22 in said Paine and Sawyer's Assessor's Plat; thence 524°-00'-
23" E 558.09 feet, along the westerly line of Paine and Sawyer's Assessor's
Plat to the southwesterly corner of Lot 15 of said Paine and Sawyer's
Assessor's Plat; thence 524°-17'-51" E 259.67 feet, along the westerly
line of Paine and Sawyer's Assessor's Plat to the southwesterly corner
of Lot 11 in said Paine and Sawyer's Assessor's PLa[; thence S24°-17'-51"
E 53.00 feet more or less to the future centerline of Arboretum Drive
of the River Mill Subdivision, thence westerly and southwesterly along
the centerline of ArboreCUm Drive to the extended west lines of Lots 36-40
of the River Mill Subdivision, thence northerly along the west line of
Lots 37-40 of the said Subdivision to tlie southeast corner of Lot 27 of
the said Subdivision, thence S65°-32'-28" W 356.01 feet along the south
lines of Lots 24-27 of the River Mill Subdivision to the easterly U.S.
Har-bor Line of the Fox River, thence N20°-4S'-00" W 556_50 feet along
the U.S. Harbor Line of the Fox River to Yhe sou[hwest corner of Lot 8,
Block 105 of Leach's hfap of 1594, thence N89°-22'-25" E 594.27 feet along
the south line of said Lot 8 to the true point of beginning.

PARCEL B: Rezone from R-2 Two Family Residence to R-3 Multiple Dwelling Distric[
That part of Lots 9 and 10 of Paine and Sawyer's Assessor's Plat, 12th
Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, described as
follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 9, thence
N79°-03'-51" E along the south line of said Lot 9, to the cen[erline of
Algom Boulevard, thence northerly along the cen[erline of Algoma
Boulevard 72 feet more or less to the centerline of Arboretum Drive
of the propc-.:ed River Mill Subdivision, thence 579°-03'-51" W along
the centerline of said Arboretum Drive to the west line of Lot 10 of
Paine and Sawyer's Assessor's Plat, thence south along the west lines
of Lo[s 9 and 10 oE said Paine and Sawyer's Assessor's Plat to the
point of beginning.
PARCEL C: Rezone from M-3 Heavy Industrial to R-5 Multiple Dwelling Dis[rict
A part of Lots 6, 7, 8 and 9 of Block 105 per Leach's Map of 1894
and a part of Lot 7, Block 124 in the Replat of Winnebago, a11 in
the 12th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, being
described by: Comnencing at the northwest corner of Section 14,
T18N, R16E; thence SO1°-23'-49" E 1345.05 feet, along the west line
of the northwest quarter of said Section 14, to Point A, thence
565°-34'-28" W 83.99 feet to Point B, the true point of beginning,
thence N65°-34'-28" E 244.44 feet, thence S89°-49'-58" E to the
proposed centerline of Arboretum Drive of the River Pfill Subdivision,
thence northeasterly along the centerline of said Arboretum Drive
to the extended west lines of Lots 36-40 of the River Mi11 Subdivision,
thence northerly along the west line of Lots 37-40 of the said
Subdivision to the southeast corner of Lot 27 of the said Subdivision,
thence 565°-32'-28" W 356.01 feet, along the south lines of Lots
24-27 of the River Mill Subdivision to the easterly U.S. Harbor Line
of the Fox River, thence 520°-48'-00" E along the U.S. Harbor Line

PARCEL D: Rezone from M-3 Heavy Industrial to C-2 Light Commercial
A part of Lots 7 and 8 of Block 105 per Leach's Map of 1894, a part
of Lots 4, 5, 6, and 7 of Block 124 in the Replat of Winnebago, and
a part of Lot 6 in Sawyer and Paine's Replat all in the 12th Ward,
City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, being described
by: Commencing at the northwest corner of Section 14, T18N,
R16E; thence SOl°-23�-49" E 1345.05 feet, along the west line of
the northwest quarter of said Section 14 to Point A, thence S65°-
34'-28" W 83.99 feet, to Poin[ B the true point of beginning,
thence N65°-34�-28" E 244.44 feet, thence S89°-49�-58" E to the
proposed centerline of Arboretum Drive of the River Mi11 Subdivision,
