Home My WebLink About33328 / 85-07April 18, 1985 FIRST READING (CARRIED LOST # 4 RESOLUTION LAID OVER WITHDRAWN _ ) PURPOSE: ADOPT STATE HEALTH CODES� SET FEES INITIATED BY: CITY HEALTH DEPARTMENT A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH REPEALING APID RECREATING SECTIONS 14-23(C), 14-23(D), 14-44, 15-3.1(D)(3)(a), CREATING SECTION 16-12.1 AND AMENDING SECTION 17-1 OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO THE ADOPTION OF CERTAIN REVISED STATE HEALTH CODES AND ESTABLISHNIENT OF FEES. The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows: Section 1. That Section 14-23(C) of the Oshkosh f4unicipal Code is hereby repealed and recreated as follows: (C) Ttinerant Food Establishment The operator of an itinerant food 2stablishment shall be required to secure a temporary permit. The temporary permit shall be valid for the period which the establishment is in operation and shall have a fee of Forty Dollars (540.00). An additional fee of Ten Dollars (510.00) shall be required whenever the fee is not paid within 30 days following the due date. Section 2. Section a, That Section 15-3.1(D)(3)(a) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code is hereby repealed and recreated as follows: a. A fee of 550.00 charged for each license. Each license issued shall expire on June 30 next following date of issuance and may be renewed annually thereafter. An additional fee of 510.00 shall be required whenever the annual fee is not paid within 30 days following the due date. Section 5. That Section 16-12.1 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code is hereby created to read as follows: SECTION 16-12.1 CERTAIN HEALTH CODES ADOPTED Except as otherwise specifically provided for in this Chapter, the provisions of Chapter 14, Article IV, of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to adoption of certain provisions of the Wisconsin Administrative Code relative to mobile home parks, inspections by the City Health Officer and inspection fees, are herewith incorporated as a part of this Chapter and shall be enforced with the same force and effect as thouqh set forth in full herein. Section 6. That Section 17-1 (Table of Licenses) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code is hereby amended to reflect the oermit and fee changes adopted by this ordinance. Section 7. This ordinance shall �e in full force and effect from and after its passage and date of publication.
