PURPOSE: APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT KNOWN AS 9TH ADDITION
TO NORTH POINT PLAT
INITIATED BY: SHIRLEY DOEMEL
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: �Plan Commission action on August 12, 1985)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
Final Plat known as 9th Addition to North Point P1at, described below, is
hereby approved:
Being a part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and a part of Government
Lots 3, 4, and 5, Section 7, T18N, R17E, 15th Ward, City of Oshkosh,
Winnebago County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as
follows:
Co�encing at the SW corner of said Sec 7; thence N90°00'00"E, 2155.50
feet along the S line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 7 and the
centerline of Murdock Ave. to it's intersection with the Southern
extention of the E line of the Seventh Addition to North Point Plat
and the Point of beginning; thence N 00°00'00" E. 180.00 Feet along
said E line of the Seventh Addition to North Point Plat; thence
N 45000'00" W. 40.95 feet along said E line to the centerline of
Hickory Harbor; thence N 00°O1`27" E, 1066.00 feet along said
centerline of Hickory Harbor and the East lines of the Seventh and
Eight Additions to North Point Plat; thence N 73�19'15" E, 770.70
feet; thence S 59°48'29" E, 270.00 feet; thence 516°02'S9" E,
30.00 feet to the Nly right-of-way of Hickory Lane (Platted as Lake
Drive) as platted on the Doemel Plat; thence S 73°57'O1" W.
5091.02 feet along said Nly right-of-way to the Point of curve of a
curve to the left having a central angle of 75�12'O1" and a radius of
262.92 feet; thence SWly along the arc of said curve 349.67 feet,
the long chord of which bears S 35�51'00" W. 324.46 feet, to the
point of tangency thereof; Thence S. 02°15`00" E. 496.53 feet along
the Westerly right-of-way of Hickory Lane (Platted as Lake Drive)
as platted on the Doemel Plat to the NE corner of Lands recorded in
Volume 515, Page 330. Deed No. 117322 owned by Herbert Doemel; thence
S. 87°45'00" W. 100.00 feet along the N line of the lands owned by
Herbert Doemel; thence S 02�15'00" E. 150.00 feet along the west line
of the lands owned by Herbert Doemel; thence N 87o45'00" E. 100.00
feet along the S line of the lands owned by Herbert Doemel to the Wly
right-of-way of Hickory Lane (Platted as Lake Drive) as platted on
the Doemel Plat; thence 5 OZ°15'00" E, 282.00 feet along said westerly
right-of-way to the South line of the SW 1/4 of said Sec 7 and the
centerline of Murdock Avenue.; thence N 90°00'00" W, 308.69 feet
along said S line and centerline to the Point of Beginning, containing
533391 sq. ft. and 12.24 acres.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the Final Plat known as 9th Addition
to North Point Plat is contingent upon the following:
1. City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance, Section 30-37(C)i6)
relative to payment in lieu of park land dedication. In
addition, a covenant stipulating the requirements for
payments of $100.00 per unit must be placed on the final
plat_
2_ City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance, Section 30-42
relative to required improvements to subdivisions_
