PURPOSE: ACCEPT AND APPROVE WAIVERS OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
NOTICES AND HEARING IN CONNECTION WITH IMPROVEMENTS
INITIATED BY: DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that
the Waivers of Special Assessment Notices and Hearinq under Section
66.60 of the Wisconsin Statutes,as attached, are hereby accepted and
approved.
