PURPOSE: ACCEPT AND APPROVE WAIVER OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
NOTICE5 AND HEARING IN CONNECTION WITH IMPROVEMENTS
INITIATED BY: DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh
that the Waiver of Special Assessment Notices and Hearing under
Section 66.60 of the Wisconsin Statutes, for sanitary sewer, water
main, laterals, grading & q�aveling, conccete paving and stocm
sewer, for the premises described below is hereby accepted and
approved:

The undersigned, owner of pr-operty benefited dy the
followir�g improvements to be made hy the city of Osh4::osh�
Winnebago County, state of Wisconsin, to wit:
SFfJITARY SEWER, WATEF: MAIN, LATERALS, GRADING °�
GFFVELING, STORM SEWER, yi CONCFETE PAVING
In consideration of the construction of said improvements by
the city of Osh4::osh, Wisconsin, I here6y admit that such public
improvement will benefit said property and cansent to the levying
of special assessments against the premises under Section 66.6U
of the Wisconsin Statutes for the cost of such improvements. In
ac�ordancF with Section 66.6Uti8S of tne Wisconsin Statutes, I
hereby waive ali special assessment no±ices and hearings required
by Section 66.6�J of the Wisconsin Sta.tutes� and i further agree
and admit tha± the benefit of my property from the construction
of such improvements is in proportion to the footage thereof:
