The applican[ and the company hezeby agree to abide by and be subjec[ to the rules, teguLations, and schedules of the comoany as filcv3 with and aporoved hy the Public Service Com�nission of Wisconsin fcom time to time, as well as the cules and regulations of the h'isconsin Pdministrative Code.
