That a grading and drainage plan be submitted prior to final plat approval. 3. The payment of park fees in lieu of park dedication of $100 per lot be paid prior to final plat approval. 4. A covenant requiring $100 per unit in park dedication be placed on the final plat. 5. That the final plat meet all requirements of Section 30-40 Final Plat of the City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance. 6.
