BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the Preliminary Plat for First
Addition to Oak Grove Park is contingent upon the following:
1_ A covenant be placed on the face of the plat notifying
any potential buyer of the excessive noise levels created
by airport activities.
2. That a grading and drainage plan be submitted prior to
final plat approval.
3. The payment of park fees in lieu of park dedication of
$100 per lot be paid prior to final plat approval.
4. A covenant requiring $100 per unit in park dedication be
placed on the final plat.
5. That the final plat meet all requirements of Section 30-40
Final Plat of the City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance.
6. City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance, Section 30-42
relative to required improvements to Subdivisions.
