HomeMy WebLinkAbout33642 / 85-08NOVEMBER 7 1985 � 8 RESOLUTION (CARRIED LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT KNOWN AS RUSCH & GABERT SUBDIVISION INITIATED BY: THOMAS RUSCH AND RICHARD GABERT PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved 7-0 with conditions BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the Final Plat known as Rusch and Gabert Subdivision, described below, is hereby approved: A part of Outlot "A" of Block 3 in Olson Acres, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the N 1/4 corner of Section 2, T18N, R16E, thence S00°-24'-25" E 755.23 feet, recorded as S00°-43'-45" E, thence N89°-09'-15" E 12.69 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 13, Block 3 in said Olson Acres and the true point of beginning; thence continuing N89°-09'-15" E 201.00 feet along the south line to the southeast corner of said Lot 13, recorded as 192_02 feet; thence N00°-50'- 45" W 164.00 feet along the east line of Lots 13 and 12 to its intersection with the north line of Outlot "A" all in Block 3 in said Olson Acres; thence N89°-09'-15" E 240.00 feet along the north line of Outlot "A", Block 3 in said Olson Acres; thence S00°-50'-45" E 395.91 feet to its intersection with the south line of Outlot "A", Block 3 in said Olson Acres; thence S89°-04'- 11�� W 240.00 feet along the south line of Outlot "A", Block 3 in said Olson Acres Plat recorded as S89°-OS'-00" W; thence N00°-50'-45" W 166.27 feet along the east line of those lands described in Volume 1075 on page 462 in the Winnebago County Registry; thence S89°-09'-15" W 201.00 feet along the north i line of those lands described in Volume 1075 on page 462 in the Winnebago County Registry, to its intersection with the west line of Outlot "A", Block 3 in said Olson Acres, recorded as 191.43 feet; thence N00°-SO'-45" W 66.00 feet, recorded as N01°-22'-45" W, to the true point of beginning and containing 108,327 square feet of land_ BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the Final Plat known as Rusch and Gabert Subdivision is contingent upon the following: 1.
