BE IT RESOLVED by the Cocm¢on Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
Preliminary P1at known as The Home Builder's Subdivision, described below, is
hereby approved:
That part of the SW 1/4 of Section 22, Township 18 N, Range 16 E,
in the bth Ward, City of Oshkosh, Sdinnebago County, Wisconsin.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the Preliminary Plat known as
The Home Builder's Subdivision is contingent upon the following:
1. Payment of park fees in lieu of park land dedication of $100.00 per

A covenant be placed on the face of the Final Plat requiring a
$100.00 per unit fee in lieu of park land dedication.
That a grading and drainage plan be submitted and approved prior

be unbuildable and maintained by the developer.
The minimum width of Outlot 1 shall be 66' wide.
That the 10' storm easement and 20' storm right-of-way across
