AWARD CONTRACT FOR COMPLETION OF THE GRAND OPERA HOUSE
ANNEX SECOND FLOOR
GRAND OPERA HOUSE BOARD
WHEREAS, the City of Oshkosh has entered into an Owner-Architect Agreement
with Yarbro-Kempinger Architects, Inc. and Pfaller Herbst Associates, Inc. for
the architectural work in conjunction with the rehabilitation of the Grand
Opera House; and
WHEREAS, in conjunction with said project the City has purchased the Grand
Opera House Annex building as an adjunct to the Grand Opera House project; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Grand Opera House Annex Second
Floor should be finished for offices as we11 as rehearsal and meeting space; and
WHEREAS, it would be appropriate to have the same architects working on
both the Annex Second Floor and the Grand Opera House,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh
that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to waive bids
and enter into the attached agreement with Yarbro-Kempinger Architects, Inc. and
Pfaller Herbst Associates, Inc. for the architectural design services for the
Grand Opera House Annex Second F1oor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to pay the contract price of $4,930.00 to Yarbro-Kempinger
Architects, Inc. and Pfaller Herbst Associates Inc. Money for this purpose will
be available from Account No. 316-105 from the 1986 General Obligation Bond.

This AGREEMENT is made as of the 15th day of MAY in the
year NINETEEN HUNDRED AND EIGHTY SIX, between:
The Owner: THE CITY OF OSHKOSH, WISCONSIN
through the Grand Opera House Board
and
The Architect: YARBRO-KEMPINGER ARCHITECTS, INC.
PFALLER HERBST ASSOCIATES, INC.
For the following:
Provide Architectural Design and Consulting
Services for the completion of the Annex
Second Floor, to include
- General Construction Work
- Air Distribution System
- Electrical Lighting and Receptacles
Ose of Space:
Provisions will be made for
- Opera House Manager's Office
- Undivided Secretarial Space
- Reception, Lobby & Rehearsal use as
designated by the Owner
For the sum of:
FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY AND NO/100THS
DOLLARS .............................($4,930.00)
