PURPOSE: APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT KNOWN AS THE VILLAGE AT WESTHAVEN
INITIATED BY: HAROLD TOSHNER, AGENT FOR VILLAGE ASSOCIATES
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved 6-0 with conditions

the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the

A part of the NF11/4 of Che SW1/4 of Section 28, TLSN,
R16E, 13th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin,
containing 3.9732 acres of Land and 6eing described by:
Codsnencing at the W 1/4 corner of said Section 28; thence
S00°-16'-34" W 374.69 ft, along the west line of the SW1/4
of said Section 28 to the true point of beginning; thence
con[inue S00°-16'-34" W 150.15 ft, along the west line of
the SWL/4 of said Section 28 to its intersection with the
north line of Newport Avenue; thence east 899.22 ft, along
the north line of Newport Avenue; thence norch 110.00 ft;
thence N43°-46'-52'� W 166.21 ft; thence west 160.00 ft;
thence S46°-44'-09" W 116.73 ft; thence N45°-00'-00" W
113.14 ft; thence west 160.00 ft; thence S49°-56'-22" W
125.48 ft; thence N89°-44'-37" W 2Q2.46 ft, to the true
point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the Preliminary Plat known as
The Village at Westhaven is contingent upon the following:
i. Payment ot park fees in lieu of park land dedication of $100.00
per lot prior to final plat approval,
2. A covenant be placed on the face of the final plat requiring a
$100.00 per unit fee in lieu of park land dedication.
3. That a grading and drainage plan be submi[ted and approved prior
to final plat approval.
4. That the final plat meet all requirements of Section 30-40 Final
Plat of the City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance,
5. The street names of "Chatham Court" and "Brentwood Court" be changed
to "Chatham Circle" and "Brentwood Circle" so as not to cause any
confusion.
6. City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance, Section 30-42 relati�P ro
