�CARRIED LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN )
PURPOSE: AUTHORIZE BIDS FOR SALE OF CITY-OWNED LANDS
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
proper City officials are hereby authorized to solicit bids for the sale of
City-owned lands, described as follows:
PARCEL A
Being the SW 1/4 Sec. 23 Lots 101 & 102, S of W. 3rd Avenue,
exc. S 170 ft also Lot 17 S of W. 3rd Avenue, exc. E 57 ft.,
also exc. the 5 125 ft of the E 43 ft of the W 155_19 ft.,
6th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
Generally located at the southeast corner of W. 3rd Avenue
and Idaho Street.
PARCEL B
Being fractional Lots 1& 2, Sec_ 23, that part of fractional
Lot 1 Sec. 23 lying W'ly of N_ Campbell Road as described in
Doc. 527699 Register of Deeds, 16th Ward, City of Oshkosh,
Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
Generally located on the west side of N. Campbell Road, north
of Campbell Creek.
PARCEL C
Being Weisbrods Subd. of Lot 4, Lots 1& 2, also that part of
Lots 3& 4 lying NW'ly of a line that is 12 ft SE'ly from and
par with the SE'ly wall of Campbell Creek, 6th Ward, City of
Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
Generally located at the intersection of Witzel Avenue, Durfee
Avenue and Josslyn Street.
PARCEL D
Sawyers Subd of part of Lot 48, E 28 ft of Lot 6, 16th Ward,
City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
Generally located at the southwest corner of Sawyer Street and
Oshkosh Avenue.

Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
Generally located on the south side of Rahr Avenue in the
1300 Block.
PARCEL F
Clement & Doty's Subd., Lots 37, 38, 39, 40 & S 37.5 ft of
Lot 41, exc. railroad, 3rd Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago
County, Wisconsin.
Generally located on the east side of S. Main Street in the
1600 Block.
PARCEL G
All of Lot 1, Block 2 of Eichstadt Subd., 12th Ward, City of
Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
Generlaly located on the southeast corner of W. Smith Avenue
and Vinland Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that solicitation of bids for PARCEL C, as
described above, shall stipulate that such sale of property is contingent
upon the new owner purchasing and granting to the City of Oshkosh a drainage
easement for the twin arch pipes through the property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that solicitation of bids for PARCEL F, as
described above, shall stipulate that such sale of property is contingent
upon the new owner purchasing and granting to the City of Oshkosh a 15 foot
(15') utility easement along the easterly lot line.
