PURPOSE: APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT KNOWN AS FOX CHASE

PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved 8-0 with conditions
SE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
Preliminary Plat known as Fox Chase, described below, is hereby approved:
A part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and a part of the SE 1/4 of the
SE 1/4 of Section 29, Township 18 N, Range 16 E, 13th Ward, City
of Oshkosh, Winnebaao County, Wisconsin containing 6.1682 acres of
land and being described by: Co�rnnencing at the SE corner of said
Section 29 and being the true point of beqinning; running thence
N00-17-14 E 1141,88 ft., along the east line of the SE 1/4 of said
Section 29; thence N 89-45-26 W 181.83 ft.; thence S 00-14-34 lJ
190.00 ft.; thence 5 10-17-05 W 96.48 ft.; thence S 19-15-26 E
126.79 ft.; thence SW'ly 112.66 ft. along the arc of a curve to the
left having a radius of 253.14 ft. and the chord of which bears
S 57-59-34 W 111.73 ft.; thence S 44-45-26 E 60.00 ft.; thence S
45-14-34 W 15.00 ft. thence S 44-45-26 E 105.27 ft.; thence S

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the Preliminary Plat known
as Fox Chase is contingent upon the following:

Drainage and Grading Plan of the City of Oshkosh
Subdivision Ordinance.
5. That the final plat meet all requirements of Section
30-40 Final Plat of the City of Oshkosh Subdivision
Ordinance.
6. City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance Section 30-42
relative to required improvements to svbdivisions.
7. The developer is responsible for all capital improve-
ment costs incurred by this development.
