Plat known as Langlitz Estates is contingent upon the following:
1. Submittal and approval by the City of Oshkosh of a
grading and drainage plan.
2. That Section 30-A1(C) S[reet Design Standards of the
City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance be complied with.
3. That Section 30-42(C) Required Improvements of the City
of Osfikosh Subdivision Ordinance be complied with.
4. All other applicable requirements of Section 236
Wisconsin Statutes and the City of Oshkosh SuUdivision
Ordinance be me[. �
