APPROVE PRELIMINARY PLAT KNOWN AS 3RD ADDITION
TO EICHSTADT SUBDIVISION
HAROLD EICHSTADT
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved 5-0 with conditions
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
Preliminary P1at known as 3rd Addition to Eichstadt Subdivision, described
below, is hereby approved: �
Lots l, 2, 10 and 11, Block 6 and Lots 1, 2, 5 and 6. Block 7.
Eichstadt Subdivision, part of Cedar Street and Columbia Avenue
and part of the SW 1/4 of the SE lj4 of Section 11, Tl�y, R16E,
12th Ward, City of Oshkosh, 4linnebago County, Wisconsin, bounded
and described as follows: beginning at the SE corner of Lot 6,
Block 7, Eichstadt Subdivision; thence N 0°24'00" E, 510.38 ft.
along the W right-of-way line of Beech Street; thence N 89�44'42" W,
504.70 ft.; thence S 0�33'00" W, 511.18 ft. along the E right-of-way
line of Walnut Street; thence S 89�50'07" E, 506.04 ft. to the
point of beginning.
Said parcel of land containing 258,130 square feet more or less
(5.926 acres).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the Preliminary Plat known as
3rd Addition to Eichstadt Subdivision is contingent upon the following:

Payment of park fees in lieu of park land dedication of
S100 per lot prior to final olat app*oval.
A covenant be placed on the face of the final plat
requiring a$100 per unit fee in lieu of park land
dedication.
That a grading and drainage plan be submitted to the
Department of Public Works and approved prior to final
plat approval.
That the final plat meet all requirements of Section 30-40
Final P1at of the City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance.
The developer is responsible for all capi[al improvement
costs incurred by this development.
6. A covenant be placed on the face of the final plat
relative to storm drainage and grading plan pursuant to
Section 30-41(H) of the City of Oshkosh Subdivision
Ordinance. �
