HomeMy WebLinkAbout34106 / 86-297October 2, 1986 # 29� �SOLUTION (CARRIED IAST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: FSNAT, RESOLQTION - CONCRETE PAVING INITIATED BY: DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORRS WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh held a public hearir.g on October 2, 1986, at 7:00 P.M. for the pu�pose of heating all intetested petsons concetning the preliminary resolutions and reports of the City Manager (Board of Public Works) on the proposed improvements consisting of the concrete paving with concrete curb and gutter and appurtenant work pursuant to resolutions adopted on Jaiiaary_16,_1986. by the Oshkosh Common Council of the follcwing namedstreets± FARMINGTON AVEtJUE, from Vinland Street east 201 feet. NOW, THEREFOBE, BE ZT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh as follows: 1. That the assessments for all pzojects included in said repoct are hereby combined as a single assessment but any interested property owner shall be entitled to object to each assessment separately or both assessments jointly for any purpose or purposes. 6. That the assessments may be paid in cash, or in installments pursuant to section 25-83 and 25-89 of tne Oshkosh Municipal Code. Said deferced payments to bear interest at the rate of Ten Percent (108) per annum on the unpaid balance. Tbe City Clerk shall publish an installment assessment notice in accordance with Section 66.54(7)(e) of the Wisconsin Statutes in the official newspaper of the City. 7. The City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution in the cfficial newspaper of the City, tne OSfiROSH DAILY NORTHWESTERN. 8.
