APPROVE PRELIMINARY PLAT KNOWN AS ALEXANDRA SUBDIVISION

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
Preliminary Plat known as Alexandra Subdivision, described below, is hereby
approved:

of said Section 27; thence 5.89'd4'-20"E. 1333.40 feet, along the soutb line of the SVI; of. the SE;
of said Section Z7; thrnte N.00'-01'-24"N. 1363.97 feet, to a point on 4he north line of uest 18th
Avmue; thence N.OU'-15'-07"W. 90.57 feM, to the true point of begin�ing; thence N.89'-31'-01"W.
721.80 feet; thence 5.00'-28'-59"W. 51,90 feet; thence southeasterly 4F3.55 feet, along the arc of
a curre to the left having a radius of 82.52 feet and the thord of Hhich bears 5.16°-22'-18.5"E.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the Preliminary PLat known as
Alexandra Subdivision is contingent upon the following:
1. Payment of park fees in lieu of park land dedication of $100.00
per lot prior to final plat approval.
2. A covenant be placed on the face of cYie iinai plat requiring a
$100_00 per unit fee in lieu of park land dedication_

That the grading and drainage plan be submitted and approved
prior to final plat approval.
That the final plat meet a11 requirements of Section 30-40 Fina1
Plat of the City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance_
S. That the previously approved lot division which created 2 lots
at the corners of W. 18th Avenue and Alexandra Court be included
and referenced within the preliminary and final plats. Said
lots shall also be identified with th�ppropriate certified
survey map recording numbers.
