PURPOSE: PARKING AND TRAFFIC REGULATIONS, VARIOUS STREETS
INITIATED BY: TRAFFIC REVIEW ADVISORY BOARD
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTIONS
27-8(B-3), 27-31(A-5) and 27-37(A-711 OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE
PERTAINING TO SPEED LIMITS, LOADING ZONES AND PARKING
REGULATIONS ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND ALLEYS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 27-8(B-3) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code
pertaining to speed limits is hereby amended as follows:
B-3 THIRTY-FIVE (35) MILES PER HOUR FOR ALL VEHICLES
ON THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIED CITY STREETS
Delete Therefrom
Add Thereto
South Park Avenue, from .2 miles west
of Knapp Street to West 20th Avenue
South Park Avenue, from Knapp Street
to West 20th Avenue
SECTION 2. That Section 27-31 (A-5) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code
pertaining to loading zones is hereby amended as follows:
A-5 LOADING ZONES
Delete Therefrom: Soo Line East Parking Lot, the northeriy 45 feet
on the westeriy siae of the median paricing area
just northerly of Algoma Boulevard
Add Thereto: Soo Line East Parking Lot, the east side from
33 feet north of Algoma Boulevard to 253 feet
north
SECTION 3. That Section 27-37 (A-11 ) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code
pertaining to parking regulations on designated streets and alleys is hereby
amended as follows:

Add Thereto: No parking, both sides, in the east-west alley
between Otter Avenue and Waugoo Avenue and
bordered by Bowen Street and Rosalia Street

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
