VEANON FOR PAUZA PI.ASHKO The inspection revealed the clothes washing machine discharging to suwp gump pit. The drain tiie is acting like a Bubaoil absorbti+on field. Ther ground water stands in the basemeat in spriag asd probably finds its way to the sanitary seiaer via a two inch pipe in the floor, The wash baein in the bathroom is old and not draining properly bec:sus of na scren in drain to keep out large matarial. Faucet also lak. The bath tub has a below the rfm filler. I recoend the following: 1• Sump gumP be instal3.ed ad disharged through northast art of baseaeat and discharge about 1S' from the building. 2. A vented trap oulet above floor for washing machine outlet. 3. Repl.ace washbasiiz with a used basin she owas, Replace any seals iu used basin that msy leak becauee it hasn't been in service. 4. Replace bath tub filler with abvve the rim filler. 5. Plub tc inch pfpe opening ia the floor Co prevent it beiag used for clearwatex dischar. The above recommndations will bring thie plumbing system up to reasonable code standards. PaaZa Plashko is without fuAds to finance these corrections.
