PUAPOSE: ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION
INITIATED BY: DEPARTMENT OF PllbLIC WORKS
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF TAE CITY OF OSNKOSH AllTHORIZING PUBLIC CONSTRllCTION TO
BE DONE BY THE CITY OF OSHKOSH WITHOOT SUBMITTING SAME FOR BIDS
The Cortrtnon Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That the grading so as to bring to proper grade and the laying
of base course and application of dust preventative for the construction of the
following named street is hereby authorized to be done directly by the appropxiate
departments of ihe City of Oshkosh� wi[hout submi[[ing same for Uids� according
to the plans attached hereto:
W. PACKER AVENUE, from Hwy. ll0 to Rvsch-Kienast Pla[
SECTION 2. The City Manager shall keep an accurate account of [he cos[s of
said work including the necessary overhead expenses and upon completion of such
, work shall make a comple[e report thereof to [he Common Council sta[ing in de[ai1
the items of cos[ and tlie total cos[ of doing such work, all according to Sec[ion
62.15(14) of the Wisconsin Statutesg and upon coinpletion of such work, the proper
Ci[y officials are hereby authorized and directed [o transfer necessary funds from
the S[reet Improvemen[ Fund to [lie appropriate construction accounts.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect fxom and aftex
its passage and date of publication.
