1. When Fetleral Funds are involved in the improvement, the inihahon and accamplishmenl ot the imOrovement will De suDject
to the applica�le Federal Aitl Highway Hcls antl Regulations o� the Federal Highway Atlminislration, U.S. Department o�TransOOrtation.
2. The Munici0ality will conUibute and pay to lhe State all cosl incurred Ey the State in connectlon with the improvement whlcb
is not eligible br Sla[e and/or Fetle�al funtl tinancing.
i Fetleral aitl and/or State M1ighway funtl tinancing will be limltea to �y1�4�-�percent (%� parLCipatlon in the constmction
costs oi Ne following items: (State funds limited to State lrunk hiohway routes antl connecting streets.)
