(RCDD) desires [o locate a Community Based Resideniial Facili[y a[ 250 West 9ih Avenue which is wi[hin 2,500 fee[ of other similar facili[ies; and WHEREAS� S[eve Hoopman� agent for RCDD� is requesting a special use permiC Co allow a Community Based Aesidential FaciliLy aC 250 Wes[ 9th Avenue under Settion 30-18(B) of Che Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance� and WHEREAS, the Ci[y of Oshkosh Plan Commission has reviewed and approved Che variance and special use permit for a Community Based Resideniial Facili[y a[ 250 Wes[ 9[h Avenue wiCh ihe following condiCion: 1. Thai all required Siaie permi[s/licenses be ob[ained prior to ihe residential use conversion to a Community Based Residential Facili[y. NOW, THEREFORE� BE IT RESOLVED by [he Common Council of the City oF Oshkosh that Steve Iloopman� agent for RCDD is hereby gran[ed a variance [o loca[e a CommuniCy Hased Residen[tal Facility at 250 West 9�h Avenue. BE IT FURTNER RESOLVED tha[ a special use permi[ as reques[ed 6y S[eve Hoopman, agent for RCDD, Cor a Community Based ResidenCial Facility ai 250 Wesi 9th Avenue is herehy approved.
