RECIPIENT agrees to use monies provided through this CONTRACT to undertake a service program to older adults generally as described 1n the Winnebago County Committee on Aging Project Proposal - 1988 and the Winnebago County Plan and Budget for Older Adult Services - 7988, which are hereby incorporated by reference into this CONTRACT. - 13a - Res. �362 SECTION II; BUDGET AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES A. COUNTY agrees to provide RECIPIENT funding in the amount of $9,000.00 of Federal Older Americans Act Funds . B. RECIPIENT agrees to provide $4 , 100.00 Cash Match and $972.00 In-Kind Match to be applied as a matching share to Federal and State funds . Cash Match and In-Kind Match shall be applied toWard the cost of older adult program(s) funded through this CONTRACT. C . RECZPIENT may in no case obligate Federal , State , or County monies provided through this CONTRACT beyond December 31 � 1988.
