INITIATED BY: DEPARTMENT OF PARKS WHEREAS, the City of Oshkosh has heretofore solicited for proposals for architect services for the new comfort station/storage building at South side Lighted Diamond and new comfort station at Fugelburg Park; and WHEREAS, upon accepting these proposals by: REINKE, HANSCHE, LAST, INC. 805 N. Main Street Oshkosh, WI 5450i it wil] be necessary to transfer funds for payment of this contract. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE� by the Common Counci] of the City of Oshkosh that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to transfer the sum of $10,500.00 from Account No. 362-550, Parks Subdivisionto Aaount No. 36]-874, Fugleburg Park Comfort Station ($4,000.00) , and Account No. 361-876, So. Side Lighted Diamond, Comfort Station/Storage Building ($6500.00) , to be repaid from proceeds of future borrowing - 1988 Capital Improvements Program. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Common Counci] of the City of Oshkosh that the said proposals are hereby accepted and the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached agreements for the purpose of same, all according to plans and specifications on file.
