BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of [he Preliminary Pla[ known ae
Second Addi[ion to Fox Chese ia con[ingen[ upon Che following:�
1) A covenan[ be placed on [he fate of the finel plat zequiring
a $100.00 per unit fee in Lleu of parkland dedica[ion.
2) That a $100.00 per Lot fee be paid in 11eu of parkland
dedita[ion prior [o approval of the final plat.
3) That the final plat mee[ all requirements of Sectlon
30-68 Final Plat of the City of Oshkosh Subdivieion
Ordtnance.
4) The developer be responelble for all capital improve-
