BE IT RESOLVE� by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that
the Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat known as Wyldewood Plat, described
below, is hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEO that approval of the Extraterritorial
Preliminary Ptat known as Wyldewood PLat is contingent upon the
following:
1 ) That a storm drainage and grading plan per Section 30-fi9(H)
be submitted prior to final plat submittal, and be in such
form as to meet requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance,
and that the approval of same be secured prior to final
plat su6mittal .
2) All other applicable requirements of Section 236 State
Statutes and the City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance
be met.

3) That all provisions of the City of Oshkosh Subdivision
Ordinance Section 30-69, 30-70 and 30-71 be complied with,
subject to Wisconsin Supreme Caurt disposition of the
appeal of Rice and Welhouse, d/b/a A1 om�a Pro erties vs.
City of Osh os , Winne ago ounty ircuit ouC r�e No.
-5��3�ppeal No. 87-1521 , as it relates to the City' s
statutory authority to condition extraterritorial plat
approval upon specific compliance with Section 30-70(C) ,
Required Improvements, of the Oshkosh Municipal Code.
4) That the "Court" from Westwood Court be changed so as to
indicate that Westwood is not a court but a through street.
5) That Wylderose Lane be changed to Wylde Oak Drive.
6) That Wylde Oak Drive have a maximum street right-of-way width
of 66' for its entirety.
7) That Wylde Oak Drive be extended to the southerly boundary
of the plat with the street right-of-way' s easterly boundary
being approximately 132 ft. from the plat's easterly boundary.
8) That a street right-of-way be indicated running easterly
from Westwood to the easterly boundary of the plat to intersect
and align with the proposed street right-of-way from the First
Addition to Oak Manor Estates which intersects with Wylde Oak
Drive.
