I . Appeal of Donald W. Bowen , owner of the property located

Mr. Reimer- explained that the property in question is located

Mr. Bowen stated he purchased the house in 1949 and has used it
as a single family residence since that time. The house is
2-story and has five (5 ) bedrooms Cthree on the upper level ? .
Mr. Bowen stated the house is much too large for two people and

the house because his wife is blind and she has become very
' familiar with the house .
Norman Miiler asked what arrangements have been made for
parking . :
Mr. Bowen stated there is a two car garage in the rear of the
lot and there is also a cement platform which two additional cars '
