MOTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION(City Manager's Office, Room 402, City Hall) A) The Council may convene into Closed Session pursuant to section 19.85(1)(g) to confer with Legal Counsel who will give legal advice concerning strategy to be adopted with respect to litigation in which the City is involved pertaining to the Wastewater Treatment Facility WPDES Permit effective July 1, 2013: and, B) To discuss bargaining options, strategy& parameters related to the negotiation of an Agreement with the Grand Opera House Foundation for Lease & Operation and/or acquisition of the Grand Opera House property located at 100 High Avenue pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin State Statutes where competitive bargaining reasons require a closed session O.
