PURPOSE: APPROVE PRELIMINARY PLAT KNOWN AS KAITLYWJ PLAT

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
Preliminary Plat known as Kaitlynn Plat, described below, is hereby approved.
A part of the Southeast Quarter (SEY<) of the Northwest Quar±er (NW4:) of Section
Eleven ( 71 ) , Township Eighteen ( 78) North, Rance Sixteen ( 16j East, Twelfth ( 12th)
WarA; City of Osh4osh, Wir.nebago Courty, Wisconsin conta:ning i3.045 acres of land
and being described by: Commencing at the West Quarter (W;',) Corner of said Section
71 ; thence N89`-54' -37"E 1506.23 feet, along the South line cf the NW;'. of said
Section 11 to the true point of beginning; running thence N00°-29' -D"E 786.73
feet; thence N89°-39'-3fi"E 562.19 feet; thence S82°-13' -46"E 135 J8 feet; thence
S00°-09' -54"E 477 .85 feet; thence �°°-44' -34"E 56.69 feet; thence 500°-OS' -23"E
298.90 feet, to a point on the South line of the NW'l. of said Section 11 ; thence
589°-54' -37"W 767 .96 feet, along the South line of the NWSS of said Section 11 to

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval of the Preliminary Plat known as Kaitlynn
Plat is contingent upon the following:
1 . Payment of park fees in lieu of parkland dedication of $100.00
per lot prior to final plat approval .
2. A covenant be placed on the face of the final plat requiring
a $100.00 per unit fee in lieu of parkland dedication. �
3. That a grading and drainage plan be submitted and approved
prior to final plat appr�uval .
4. The developer be responsible for all capital improvement costs
incurred by this development.
5. A covenant be placed on the face of the final plat relative
to storm drainage and grading plan pursuant to Section
30-69(H) of the City of Oshkosh Subdivision Ordinance.
