Section 30.25(B) , Duration of Board Orders, Building Permit, of the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance, states that your variance(s) shall expire within six (6) months from the date of approval , "unless a building permit for such erection or alteration is obtained within such period and such erection or alteration is started and proceeds to completion in accordance with the terms of such permit" . Therefore, please be advised that your variance shall expire on April 16, 1986. Building permits may be obtained from the Building Inspector, between the hours of 8:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m. and 1 :00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. , Monday through Friday, in Room 205 of City Hall , or call (414) 23b-5050.
