A table will be set up, in the beer tent, for ALL to show proof of age. After proof of age is checked, the persons hand will be stamped and ONLY those people � who have this stamp will be served beer or wine coolers . The color of ink and stamp will be changed DAILY. Only a pictured drivers license, a state or county ID card will be accepted as proof of age. Box 1130 215 Church Ave. Oshkosh, WI 54902 Dear respective Members of the Oshkosh City Council: The Winnebago County hseociation for Hetarded Citizens is a private non-profit orgenization dedicated to bettering the lives of inentally retarded adults end children iu Winnebago County. 6ech yeer the Winoebego Saddle Horse Associetion holds the annual Oshkosh Charity Horse Show in which all proceeds are donated to WCARC. This year, es part of the event, we would like to have a beer tent with all proceeds again going to WCARC. This letter is ta request a permit to sell elcoholic beverages. The tent will be in operation from Friday, July 1 through Sundey, July 3rd. Beer will be sold from 1:00 p:m. until 10:00 p.m. each day� hmvever� we will be closing the tent et 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 3. There will be 3 staf£ serving beer from behind the counter arid one eteff at the door of the tent � checking identification. All staff working in the beer tent will be 23 years and older. The tent will be located on west aide (Jackson St. side) of the fairgrounds bordering the parking lot. (See map enclosed for exact location. ) Thank you £or your consideration on this matter. Signs will be posted requiring proper I.D. £or service. 2. All personnel will be instructe3 as to the need o£ checking I.D. ' s, appropriate procedure and the carrent laws regarding serving o£ £ernented malt beverages. 3. :ia.nd stamping will be used as a means of identifying persons who have properly proven themselves to oe o£ ag2 £o= service . 4.
