OF PUBLIC WORICS PLAN COMMISSZON RECOMMEENDATION: Approved 9-0 WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 66.296(2) of Wisconsin Statutes, the Common Council has heretofore initiated proceedings on May 19, 1988 at a regular meeting of the Common Council to vacate and discontinue the Eollowing described portion of Doty Street: 60QTHEAST CORNER OF DOTY BTREET AND W. 16TI{ AVENOE All that part of Lots 6 and 7 of Block 45, Original Third Ward, City of oshkosh, that lies north and west of a curved line the radius oP said curve to be 50 ft.
