6. The Board of Public Works is directed Lo prepare a
report consisting of:
(a) Final plans and speclfications for said
improvements .
(b) An estimate of the entire cost of the im-
provements and laterals .
(c ) A❑ estlmate as to each parcel of property
within the assessment district of:
(1) The assessment of benefits to be levied
for each improvement .
(2) The damages to be awarded for property
taken or damages by each improvement .
(3) The net amount of benefits over tlamages
or of damages over benefits for each improvement .
Upon completlon of such report, the Board of Public Works is
tlirected to file a copy thereof in the City Clerk's Office for
public inspection .
T. Opon receiving the report of the Board of Public
Works , the City Clerk is directed to give notice of a public
hearing on such reports as specifietl in Section 66.60(7) of the
Wisconsin Statutes. The hearing shall be held by the 6oard of
Public Works at the Council Chambers in the City Hall at a time
set by the Clerk in accordance with Section 66.60(7) of the
Wisconsin Statutes .
8. The installation of said street improvements shall
be accomplishetl according to the provisions of Section 25-3
thru 25-11 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code .

PUPPOSE: INITIAL AESOLUTION - CONCRETE PAVING AND CONCRETE SI�EWALK
INITIATED BY: DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
BE IT AESOLVED BY the Common Couneil of the City of Oshkosh
as follows:
1 . The Common Council hereby declares its intention to
exercise its power under Section 66.60 of the Wisconsin
Statutes to levy speelal assessments upon property within the
following described areas for �enefits conferred upon such
property by improving the follouing named streets, said public
improvement to inelude the follouing :

Kaitlynn Plat , Lots 1 through 13 & Lots 3� through 33
2. Said improvements shall consist of concrete paving as
described above and appurtenant work with concrete curb and gutter
on both sides of the street at a grade heretofore established by
special ortlinance of the City of Oshkosh.
3. Before sueh improvements are made � the Boartl of
Public Works is directed to cause water and sexer service pipes
to be laid in saitl streets from the mains to the curb line of
each lot fronting on the said streets and to keep an accurate
account of the expenses Sncurred in front of each lot and
report the same to the Comptroller who shall cause the amount
charged to each lot to be entered o❑ the tax roll as a special
tax against said road , provided , however, that the Board of
PuDlie Works shall not cause such laterals to be so laid for
any particular lot , or parcel where � in the opinion of the
Board of Publie Works � it woultl be impractical to tlo so .
4. The total amount assessed agai�st such district
shall not exceed the total cost of the improvements and the
amou�t assessed against any parcel shall not be greater than
the Genefits accrued thereto from said improvements.
5• The assessments against any parcel may be paid
according to the provisions of Section 25-83 thru 25-89 of the
Oshkosh Municlpal Code .
