Gentlemen:
The enclosed bid tabulation represents bids received on June
7, 1988, for a number of maintenance items on the High
Avenue Parking Ramp in Oshkosh. As discussed at previous
meetings, our firm developed a list of items to be bid to
enable the Parking Otility Commission to select from a
listing of items needing to be attendecj to. Dollar amounts
in some categories are higher and/or vary from original
discussed estimates because of furthering the cateqories and
resultant work while the construction drawings were being
prepared so that the best overall end result could be
obtained. You will find that bits and pieces of the
categories can be split out and discussed as individual
items which may relate more closely to original dollar
amounts categorized.
We hope that this information is useful to you in order to
formulate some plans for the future and/or immediate repairs
and maintenance at the ramp.
We appreciate the opportunity to be of assistance, and will
be pleased to answer any auestions oertaining to these bids.
Sincerely, .
s rson, Architect
