(CARRIED LOST LAID OVER WITHORAWN )
PURPOSE: AUTHORIZE COOPERATION AGREEMENT
WITH WINNEBAGO COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY
INITIATED BY: DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Winnebago County Housing Authority proposes to develop
and administer a low-rent housing project or projects to consist of approximately
40 dwelling units, 20 to be located within the City of Oshkosh; and
WHEREAS, the City of Oshkosh desires to enter into a Cooperation Agreement
with the Winnebago County Housing Authority in connection with such project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh
that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
a cooperation agreement with the Winnebago County Housing Authority in substan-
tially the attached form.
