PURPOSE: ADOPT AIRCRAFT FUEL SERVICING STANDARDS
INITIATED BY: OSHKOSH FIRE DEPARTMENT
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKSOH CREATING SEC. 13-17.1 OF THE OSHKOSH
MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO STANDARDS FOR AIRCRAFT FUEL SERVICING.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 13-17.1 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to standards for aircraft fuel servicing is created to read as follows:
SECTION 13-17.1 AIRCRAFT FUEL SERVICING REGULATED.
The provisions of the Standard for Aircraft Fuel Servicing,
NFPA 407, issued by the National Fire Protection Association,
are hereby adopted and incorporated herein with the same
force and effect as if each of the provisions were fully set
forth at length herein, together with such amendments, modifica-
tions, revisions and language changes as may be hereinafter
made by the Association.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and publication.
